She looks great to me: a lovely overall design, a bit of fashion flair, a bit of comic appearance in the "flat" effect both created and improved by the very straight-edged shadows hugging the forms. The scarf adds a little extra charm, though the headband wit the flower is awfully cute to begin with. The pondering, perhaps suspicious expression brings it to life.
